While at Visio, Susan attained 180% of quota which led to her being asked to move to London to coach the teams in EMEA. Revenues increased from 5M to 11M in London alone. She earned the Top Performer in EMEA award that year. Her contribution also proved to Microsoft that the Visio brand was strong globally; they soon purchased Visio for 1.3B.
She spent a decade at Microsoft and was promoted to Regional Business Manager for the West Region within the Global Accounts team. Global Accounts at Microsoft were the top 50 accounts. The West region quota was more than 100 million which she exceeded by 108%.
As a contractor, she was hired by Adobe to implement the Genuine Adobe Program. Adobe engineers had identified a million users of illegal software and management wanted to contact and convert these users to legal ownership. Susan initially managed a team of two: a project manager and a data analyst. This team in San Jose grew to eight when the program was fully up and working. Meanwhile, Susan was setting up, training and managing seven call centers worldwide (Brazil, India, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia and a second team in the United States.) Within a year and a half, the program was fully executed, processes were in place, and the 14M goal had been exceeded. The program ultimately delivered 19M!

And when she is isn't working, she is riding horses, fly fishing or in the great outdoors taking pictures with her husband - who just happens to be a landscape photographer.
